When you use our website for informational purposes only, BSS Brand Communication Sachse Gerlach GmbH automatically collects and saves server log file information that your browser transfers to us. You can get in touch with us using the contact form on our website. You have to provide us with a valid e-mail address in order for us to process your inquiry. We will also save your IP address and the time of your inquiry to prevent any kind of abuse or fraud. Art 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR forms the legal basis for this. If the objective of your inquiry is to conclude a contract with BSS Brand Communication Sachse Gerlach GmbH, Art 6 (1) (1) (b) GDPR serves as additional legal basis. Note on the processing of your data collected on this website in the USA by Google:

By consenting to the use of the respective Google services, you also consent to the processing of your data in the USA in accordance with Article 49 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR. The US is assessed by the European Court of Justice as a country with an inadequate level of data protection according to EU standards. In particular, there is a risk that your data may be processed by US authorities for control and monitoring purposes, possibly even without the possibility of redress. 6. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

If you have given your consent, we also use the web analysis service Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to regularly analyze and improve our website (for more information on Google, see Section 1.4). We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are saved on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The recipient of the data collected is Google.
